Last updated: 1 May 2026. By entering the hall, you confirm that you are 21 years or older and that you understand all gameplay is for amusement only.

1. Nature of the Service

History of Norway Games provides Norse-themed amusement reel gameplay. No real money is wagered, accepted, or awarded under any circumstances. Runes accumulated in-hall carry no monetary or exchangeable value.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and legally permitted to access amusement gaming content in your jurisdiction.

3. Conduct

Travelers shall not attempt to manipulate the hall, exploit bugs, run automation, or impersonate the Skald support staff or any other traveler.

4. Intellectual Property

All artwork, sagas, runes, and codebase are © History of Norway Games. The Elder Futhark glyphs themselves are in the public domain; our renderings of them are not.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to revoke hall access from any traveler in breach of these terms, without prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the hall.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Norway. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Oslo District Court.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
