To improve the hall, respond to support requests, and ensure technical stability. We never sell traveler data and never share it with advertisers.

3. Legal basis

We process data under your consent and our legitimate interest in operating a stable, safe hall.

4. Retention

Anonymous analytics are retained for 14 months. Contact form submissions are kept for 24 months, then deleted.

5. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your data at any time by writing to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
