Our Hall
About Us
History of Norway Games is a play-for-fun hall built in Oslo by a small crew of historians, artists, and engineers who share a love for the sagas of the North.
Every reel theme on our hall is rooted in actual Viking-age history — from the Lindisfarne raid of 793 to the unification of Norway under Harald Fairhair. We never award real money. Our travelers play purely for amusement, and the runes they cast carry no monetary value whatsoever.
Our studio was founded in 2024 in the heart of Oslo. We collaborate with the Museum of Cultural History at the University of Oslo to ensure every saga we adapt remains true to the source.
